Coley selected to develop training materials for the Veterans Affairs Consolidated Patient Account Center (CPAC) Program Management Office.

(San Antonio, TX – September 30, 2013) - The VA has selected Coley to update, standardize, and convert nine national courses consisting of 155 modules to electronic formats compatible with virtual delivery using electronic classroom systems to reach the desired target audience without incurring travel expenses.

CPAC is a congressionally mandated program that has consolidated traditional Veterans Health Administration (VHA) business office functions into seven regional centers around the country aligning VHA billing and collections activities and achieving superior levels of sustained revenue cycle management. CPAC supports quality healthcare for Veterans by working closely with private health insurance companies to collect for non-service connected conditions.
