SeaPort-e Zones

NAVSEA selected a regional "zone" approach for SeaPort-e program participants in order to preserve the local vendor base that currently supports Navy ordering activities, encourage small business participation, reduce the need for complicated teaming arrangements, and ensure adequate competition for all requirements in all zones. Coley & Associates contract is valid in the following zones:

  • (4) Gulf Coast

Coley Quality Assurance Program

Coley has a documented quality assurance program. We continually strive to improve its effectiveness in accordance with the requirements of the Software Engineer Institute - Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Project Management Institute (PMI) and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) processes.

The Seaport-e QAP uses Coley’s standard QAP, as a baseline and will be tailored to specific quality standards called out in each task order. The QAP includes a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) that will include the metrics and standards to be met during project execution. Quality metrics and project components identified as complex or risky will be identified during the kick-off meeting. These will be recorded and stored in our project management system, to become a task for the PM to track during project meetings and to provide necessary updates in scheduled status reports. Coley’s project management system will provide our team and the Government with secure on-line access to review reports. Reports and results associated with QA related issues are reviewed at the corporate level during the monthly Coley Process Improvement Group meetings to improve the quality of all future projects and tasks.
